Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management for MEP packages, including cost estimating, cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, change management, and final account settlement.
  • •Prepare and manage detailed MEP cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans throughout all project stages.
  • •Review and collaborate with design teams to ensure MEP designs are commercially viable and aligned to budget objectives.
  • •Manage MEP procurement activities, including tender documentation, tender analysis, bid evaluation, and contract recommendations.
  • •Provide cost control and commercial support through financial reporting, forecasting, and valuation of variations, claims, and change requests.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • •5–15 years’ post graduate experience.
  • •Experience managing MEP costs on large-scale building, mission-critical, or data centre projects.
  • •Professional membership is an advantage (e.g., MRICS).
  • •Experienced user of MS Office, including advanced MS Excel.
