Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the workplace exposure monitoring programme (airborne contaminants, noise, thermal stress, ergonomics, and biological/chemical exposures).
  • •Design and deliver monitoring plans, including personal and static sampling.
  • •Analyze and interpret exposure data and provide clear insights.
  • •Ensure compliance with New Zealand legislation and Rio Tinto health standards.
  • •Advise on practical control measures (engineering, administrative controls, and PPE) and support health system improvements and contractor performance.
