Job Summary

Execute end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) for indirect spend, supporting strategic and operational sourcing. Partner with category managers on sourcing strategies, conduct spend analysis and supplier benchmarking, and run RFI/RFP/RFQ processes using SAP Ariba S2C. Draft and review supplier contracts in coordination with Legal, InfoSec, and Risk, manage supplier evaluations and vendor risk, and create procurement dashboards and reports using Excel.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) and support strategic and operational sourcing activities while ensuring policy compliance.
•Support category managers by developing sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories and performing spend analysis, market research, and supplier benchmarking.
•Manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes via SAP Ariba S2C and evaluate supplier proposals using structured frameworks.
•Draft and review supplier contracts (MSA, SOW, PO terms), coordinating with Legal, InfoSec, and Risk to ensure documentation meets procurement and regulatory requirements.
•Create and maintain procurement operations in SDP (purchase requisitions and purchase orders) and prepare reporting dashboards and monthly procurement analytics using Excel.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–4 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.
•Strong negotiation and communication skills with stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship management.
•Analytical, data-driven decision-making with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot analysis, Power Query, modeling).
•Proficiency with MS Office and procurement systems, particularly SAP Ariba S2C; certification such as CIPS or CPSM is required or preferred as stated.
