Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) and support strategic and operational sourcing activities while ensuring policy compliance.
  • •Support category managers by developing sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories and performing spend analysis, market research, and supplier benchmarking.
  • •Manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes via SAP Ariba S2C and evaluate supplier proposals using structured frameworks.
  • •Draft and review supplier contracts (MSA, SOW, PO terms), coordinating with Legal, InfoSec, and Risk to ensure documentation meets procurement and regulatory requirements.
  • •Create and maintain procurement operations in SDP (purchase requisitions and purchase orders) and prepare reporting dashboards and monthly procurement analytics using Excel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3–4 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.
  • •Strong negotiation and communication skills with stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship management.
  • •Analytical, data-driven decision-making with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot analysis, Power Query, modeling).
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and procurement systems, particularly SAP Ariba S2C; certification such as CIPS or CPSM is required or preferred as stated.
