Key Responsibilities

•Design engineering solutions, including methods, operation sequences, and processes for manufacturing parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
•Develop cost estimates, capacity models, time standards, production layouts, and tooling recommendations for new product introductions.
•Collaborate with management and manufacturing partners to ensure process standards and resolve issues.
•Lead a project team to develop and implement reliable, cost-effective manufacturing solutions for moderately-complex products.
•Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

•Typically 4-8 years experience.
