Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a consistent client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions accurately and courteously, including proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs and Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities by referring clients to appropriate branch team members.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to client needs.
