Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize cloud-based data platforms using Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Advanced SQL. You will lead data integration across data warehouses and data lakes, leverage ADF and ADLS Gen2, and collaborate with clients to translate requirements into scalable solutions on AWS and Azure. 6-10 years of experience and a strong focus on data architecture and performance tuning are expected.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead with Azure ADF, ADLS Gen2, Databricks, PySpark and Advanced SQL to design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based solutions on Azure
•Estimate on Azure Cloud and deliver data engineering solutions aligned with client business requirements
•Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage AWS and Azure cloud platforms
•Experience in creating Data Warehouse and Data Lakes and integrating different data sources with these architectures
•Performance tuning and optimizing data pipelines and data architectures while using tools like GitHub, Jira, Teams, and Confluence

Key Requirements

•Azure Databricks, PySpark and Advanced SQL
•4+ years of experience in Azure Databricks and PySpark
•Experience in Azure ADF, ADLS Gen2; integration of different data sources with Data Warehouse and Data Lake
•Experience in creating Data Warehouse and Data Lakes; understanding of data modelling and data architecture concepts
•Experience with collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, Teams, Confluence
