•Account Management: Day-to-day partnership and collaboration with all departments from sale to execution and launch.

•Support regular client-facing communications and adheres to client communication standards by preparing and distributing materials and reports.
•Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Medscape solutions in collaboration with customer needs and objectives.
•Collaborate with internal teams including Project Managers to ensure overall project health and deliver high-quality client deliverables.
