Cook - The Fillmore Detroit

Prepare and plate food for a high-volume restaurant, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Organize and prioritize prep tasks, coordinate with kitchen staff, and maintain safety and sanitation throughout the shift. Set up stations, clean equipment and work areas, manage food rotation, and circulate during service to control atmosphere and pace. Assist other kitchen needs and complete opening/closing duties, including lifting/moving up to 150 lbs.
