Production Assistant Manager

Lead and manage a site team with direct reports, driving Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity, and Cost Reduction objectives. You’ll coach and develop staff, oversee performance management, and manage daily operations including warehouse scheduling (shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, picking/packing, palletizing) and inventory reporting. Ensure quality control and standard operating procedures, run 5S and safety huddles, and implement operational improvement strategies using data to improve production flow and resources.
