Job Summary

Supervise and support day-to-day Revenue Protection operations to ensure efficient service delivery for Dubai Metro and Tram. Assist the Head of Revenue Protection in setting requirements, planning systems, managing service budgets, and monitoring expenditure against budget. Drive performance against KPIs, ensure customer satisfaction through KSS standards, maintain stakeholder relationships, and uphold health, safety, and security compliance while guiding and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Head of Revenue Protection with setting revenue protection requirements and planning systems for Dubai Metro and Tram.
•Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and that Revenue Protection teams meet required standards.
•Assist with service budgets and monitor expenditure against budget while meeting KPIs.
•Ensure customer satisfaction using KSS (Keolis Signature Service) standards and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
•Guide, coach, and develop team members; identify operational issues and implement timely solutions while ensuring health, safety, and security compliance.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or bachelors degree in a relevant field.
•5–10 years of relevant work experience with strong revenue protection knowledge and the ability to work within company procedures.
•3–5 years’ experience in Transportation and Logistics (or a relevant field).
•2 years of management experience, including managing multiple teams across disciplines to meet performance targets efficiently.
•Fluent English and good numeracy/literacy, with strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities while working with a customer focus.
