Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine food safety, GMP, and hygiene checks on the production floor in line with site procedures and standards.
  • •Complete documented verification of critical checks, reviewing records for accuracy, completeness, timing, and required limits.
  • •Complete and support routine QC checks including sensory, viscosity, pH, water activity, colour, micro sampling, and other site-defined checks.
  • •Support investigations into food safety and quality incidents by gathering accurate records, samples, and observations.
  • •Verify QC equipment is clean, suitable, and within calibration before use; communicate and escalate quality or food safety concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient written, numerical, and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
  • •Ability to record, interpret, and accurately escalate key process data.
  • •Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), allergen controls, label control, and good documentation practice.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to complete quality records accurately and on time.
  • •Food manufacturing or Quality Control experience is an advantage; Food Safety or HACCP awareness is desirable.
