Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of multi-million dollar construction/energy services/HVAC controls projects portfolio, including project financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Support sales by assisting with quote preparation, project development, and proposals.
  • •Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents and leading pre-bid validation and internal meetings to set customer expectations.
  • •Lead change order management, including identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, facilitating quotes, and closing orders to deliver total solutions.
  • •Oversee subcontractors end-to-end (RFQ, award, execution, communication guidelines, meetings, billing expectations, and safety) and lead project administration, compliance, documentation, and communications with stakeholders.

Key Requirements
