Sr. Constrcution Project Manager

Manage multi-million dollar construction, energy services, and HVAC controls projects from scope through delivery, ensuring financial performance, schedule integrity, and customer satisfaction. Support sales with quotes, project development, and proposals; validate scope, cost, and timing; lead change order management; oversee subcontractor RFQ through execution; and handle project administration, compliance, documentation, safety, and coordination with stakeholders and governing agencies.
