Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach customers while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations, using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video). Manage daily floor and operational tasks like transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while supporting a collaborative, inclusive store environment and continuous training.
