Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Store Manager to drive store business results and share brand values, vision, and mission with the team.
  • •Drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
  • •Ensure operational excellence, including training, visual merchandising, opening/closing, and serving as Manager on Duty when needed.
  • •Manage store operations and controls, including labor scheduling, store security system, inventory, and cash controls.
  • •Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training team members; support in-store events and local outreach.

Salary: USD 30 - 32 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
