Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Store Manager to drive store business results and share brand values, vision, and mission with the team.
•Drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
•Ensure operational excellence, including training, visual merchandising, opening/closing, and serving as Manager on Duty when needed.
•Manage store operations and controls, including labor scheduling, store security system, inventory, and cash controls.
•Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training team members; support in-store events and local outreach.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 32 hourly

Key Requirements

•Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
•Excellent communication skills to convey brand vision and mission to team and customers.
•Strong organizational skills to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet business goals.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
•Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
