Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and continuously improve onboarding programs tailored to each Revenue role (SDR, AE, Field Sales, Expansion Sales).
•Track progress and coach managers with standardized frameworks; create dashboards to surface ramp trends.
•Manage and expand the AI role-play content library; partner with Revenue leaders to build scenarios and track outcomes in the LMS.
•Partner with Revenue Ops, HR, IT on system provisioning and act as the internal voice of the new hire experience.
•Oversee LMS administration including user provisioning, course assignments, completion tracking, and reporting; align curricula to competency requirements from day one.
