Job Summary

Lead AI/ML-driven predictive formulation initiatives by designing and scaling a robust data lakehouse and analytical layer in Google Cloud. •Structure and scale a dynamic data lakehouse and analytical layer in Google Cloud to support ingredient selection and predictive formulation.
•Collaborate with technical resources to stand up scalable machine learning pipelines that adapt to new challenges.
•Develop and deploy machine learning models tailored to evolving business needs.
•Mentor data scientists and partner with the Director – Innovation, Digital to select and drive high-impact use cases.

•Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
•Preferably a strong background in food or global ingredient solutions to understand formulation challenges and opportunities.
