Key Responsibilities

•Generate sales and deliver customer service at its best, including greeting guests within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive-thru.
•Follow guaranteed Always Fresh procedures and ensure coffee/products are fresh and accurate.
•Support store operations: maintain cleanliness and visual presentation, keep the front counter and checkout areas clean and stocked, and attend store meetings.
•Prepare products per training and instructional materials, follow the order monitor for accuracy, and manage showcase/product availability.
•Perform cashiering duties (payments, receipts/refunds/change) and maintain health & safety compliance, sanitation, and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

•Deliver friendly, attentive guest service with strong product knowledge and follow the S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You).
•Ensure accuracy of every order by using proper procedures and following the order monitor.
•Follow restaurant operations standards and preparation guidelines according to training materials.
•Handle cashiering tasks correctly, including receiving payments and issuing receipts, refunds, or change.
•Comply with health and safety legislation, safe work practices, and sanitation guidelines.
