Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage all site construction activities including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, telecom, and commissioning support works.
  • •Develop and implement construction execution strategies, work packs, resource plans, and construction schedules; monitor progress and drive recovery plans.
  • •Ensure construction execution aligns with approved IFC drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and ADNOC specifications.
  • •Promote and enforce HSE across project activities, including PTW, SIMOPS, Life Saving Rules, safety reviews, and incident investigations, targeting zero LTI and zero environmental incidents.
  • •Act as primary construction focal point for ADNOC and EPCM stakeholders; resolve site issues and coordinate planning, reporting, and quality closure including NCRs and punch items.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas construction experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years in ADNOC projects with proven onshore experience.
  • •Strong experience in live plant brownfield modifications and shutdown execution with EPC/EPCM delivery.
  • •ADNOC-approved PTW Holder and Supervisor certifications preferred; relevant HSE certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH preferred.
