Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the Data, Analytics and Technology Innovation roadmap with Enterprise Data & Analytics and IT to deliver data platforms, automated pipelines, governance, and Master Data Management.
  • •Own product strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous evolution of the inflight retail technology platform, including decisions on in-house vs partner vs off-the-shelf solutions and portfolio performance.
  • •Define and govern the platform’s standardized data model (Canonical Data Model/CDM) and integration platform (iPaaS) so applications and integrations conform to a single standard.
  • •Lead design, development, and ongoing management of in-house platform components and applications, aligned with architecture, security, and quality standards.
  • •Select, implement, and govern third-party technology solutions and manage delivery across in-house, partner, and third-party workstreams with milestones, budgets, and dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in platform, product, or programme management roles with accountability for end-to-end delivery.
  • •Proven experience managing third-party technology vendors, including selection, commercial negotiation, and contract management.
  • •Experience as a product owner or product manager on a platform or SaaS product.
  • •Expert understanding of enterprise integration concepts (APIs, data exchange, and integration middleware) and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
