Key Responsibilities

  • •Own inbound transportation execution for about 30,000 deliveries per year into the Mount Royal plant, ensuring reliable flow and rapid issue resolution.
  • •Coordinate network activities with carriers and 3PL warehouses (including system adjustments) and support outbound transportation to Milton (~14,000 shipments/year).
  • •Optimize daily transportation plans using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • •Maintain yard inventory accuracy and C3 system maintenance; oversee third-party shunting KPIs, invoice approvals, and damage investigations.
  • •Provide analytical support—reports, dashboards, and tools—and manage transportation bids/contracts in collaboration with Procurement, including import permit and customs release coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bilingual French and English (mandatory).
  • •Post-secondary education in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (engineering or business also acceptable).
  • •At least 1 year of experience in supply chain and logistics in an operational and/or analytical role.
  • •Understanding of air, rail, water, and road transport methods, including costs and benefits.
  • •Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Access, Visio, and Project are an asset.
