Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the company’s asbestos technician representative during abatements in designated work spaces across various industry sectors.
  • •Follow instructions from Project Managers and senior project monitors.
  • •Monitor final air clearance during asbestos abatements.
  • •Collect PCM and TEM air samples and properly record chain-of-custodies and daily logs, contributing to project oversight and reporting in compliance with applicable laws.
  • •Travel frequently across New York City, State, and Long Island; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
