Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform winding and complex/repetitive wiring to produce complete sub-assemblies and final assembly of control equipment.
  • •Cut, strip, and attach terminals; route out, assemble, wire, adjust, fit, and modify parts/components to form completed control assemblies.
  • •Check electrical/mechanical performance of completed assemblies against plant quality standards and make necessary adjustments and alignment.
  • •Execute engineering and customer changes and make repairs as required; report irregularities or equipment malfunctions.
  • •Maintain records as required and keep the work area neat and orderly while observing all safety and hygiene rules.

  • •Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Avery Creek, NC (active-duty military exempt).
  • •Works from drawings, engineering specifications, and manufacturing information to assemble and wire control equipment.
  • •Able to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • •Able to lift 35 pounds and frequently bend, kneel, stoop, squat, and use ladders for material handling.
  • •Proven history of safe work habits and ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
