•Oversee Customs Compliance across EU operations
•Manage Commodity Classification under EU TARIC codes, including BTIs and rulings
•Ensure accurate Valuation and application of Incoterms for intra-EU and extra-EU trade
•Determine Origin and Preferential Origin under EU trade agreements (e.g., EU-UK TCA, EU FTAs)
•Supervise Import/Export Documentation and clearance instructions for EU customs authorities
