Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Engineering Managers and PMO to manage cost and resource requirements and prepare forecasting framework (SRO) and budget plans/AOP.
  • •Support PFAT to finalize AOP and obtain CTO approvals; collaborate with business leadership on Capex status and adjusted estimates.
  • •Provide one-stop reporting to CTOs on R&D spend and deliver month-end support activities (cost center validations, accrual postings, reclassifications, and reconciliations).
  • •Run report-out meetings with PMO to present and review actuals vs. forecast and produce leadership reporting.
  • •Handle ad hoc project setup and maintain project data, including cost/profit center updates and overall project data management.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in similar finance roles (FP&A, BAP, Commercial Finance, or Analytics).
  • •Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, revenue recognition, P&L reporting, and internal control frameworks.
  • •FP&A capabilities including financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
  • •Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
