Key Responsibilities

•Own and improve success programs to drive revenue and growth, incubating new ideas and enabling process improvements across the mid-funnel for pros and customers.
•Lead customer success and pro success operations with cross-functional partners to ensure success and ROI.
•Identify and prioritize initiatives with the highest impact, staying agile as priorities shift.
•Collaborate with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance pro and customer experiences and unlock growth.
•Contribute to building and refining the success operations playbook for Thumbtack.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or a business-related field.
•2-4 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field supporting Success teams.
•Track record of instituting and improving success processes that led to lasting, measurable impact.
•Expertise in end-to-end analysis, including business case development and financial modeling.
•Strong experience implementing and managing a sales tool stack (e.g., CRM, ABM, contact scoring, lead gen, email outreach, sales engagement).
