Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, document, and execute the overall Software Verification Strategy and Test Plan in line with DO-178B/C objectives.
  • •Integrate complex software components/subsets, manage software builds, and maintain configuration control across life-cycle baselines.
  • •Design, configure, and maintain advanced test rigs and environments, including HSIT, SWIT, and simulated test benches.
  • •Author, review, and execute high- and low-level software test cases and procedures for functional, performance, boundary, and robustness testing; perform structural coverage analysis.
  • •Lead root-cause analysis and debugging for complex issues, implement test automation frameworks/CI pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while driving verification best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Avionics Software Verification & Integration activities.
  • •In-depth working knowledge of DO-178B/C guidelines for Design Assurance Level (DAL A, B, and C) software life cycles.
  • •Strong knowledge of Configuration Management (CM) and Change Management processes in safety-critical domains.
  • •Developing and debugging tests on HSIT benches and simulation environments.
  • •Strong project management skills to drive large teams/workloads.
