Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering organization responsible for platforms, services, and engineering foundations that power data, analytics, and AI capabilities. Oversee platform and business-facing product engineering teams, shaping organizational design, scaling engineering capacity, and driving delivery excellence. Coach Engineering Managers and technical leaders, establish operating rhythms and governance, and partner with Data, AI, Security, Governance, Operations, and Product stakeholders to translate engineering performance into business insights.

•Drive hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, succession management, and talent development across engineering disciplines.
•Establish operating rhythms, governance structures, and performance metrics to enable predictable delivery at scale.
•Define and evolve team topology and ownership models, ensuring clear interfaces between platform engineering and product delivery teams.

•12+ years of software engineering leadership experience in technology organizations, including leading large engineering functions through Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders.
•Proven experience managing complex, multi-team organizations with accountability for people, structure, delivery, and organizational performance.
•Ability to scale teams, lead organizational transformation, and build sustainable engineering operating models.
•Strong technical credibility across cloud-native platforms and infrastructure, including Kubernetes, modern CI/CD, DevOps, GitOps, microservices, and distributed systems.
•Exceptional people leadership and stakeholder management skills, with strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
