Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze assembly feasibility of vehicle components across the full vehicle using CAD, including finishes, chassis, mechanical units, electrical systems, body, and frame.
  • •Collaborate with Design to define the correct breakdown of styling proposals for interior and exterior finishes.
  • •Develop macro assembly cycles for new projects and ensure alignment with Ferrari assembly line constraints, including virtual checks for accessibility of auxiliary equipment and manipulators.
  • •Create and update technological bills of materials, define assembly methods, and produce inputs for gap & flush documentation and 2D drawings.
  • •Define make-or-buy logic, simplify disassembly of core/highest-value components, prepare operation sheets, and propose Design for Manufacturing project modifications with Product Development.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • •At least 3 years of company seniority and experience working closely with the product, preferably within Manufacturing or R&D.
  • •Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with accountability.
  • •Experience using Catia V5.
  • •Availability to travel to suppliers to discuss project progress.
