Key Responsibilities

  • •Review key process engineering deliverables (Process Descriptions, Basis of Design, P&IDs, Data Sheets, Calculations) as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • •Lead all aspects of process design to ensure it satisfies project requirements and scope and complies with health and safety standards using Safety in Design.
  • •Develop project program and manage workload within the Process Team; liaise with other engineering disciplines for integrated design.
  • •Provide bid support and contribute to delivery schedules; mentor and develop the Process Team through training and guidance.
  • •Manage Contractors and build working relationships with Delivery Partners while staying abreast of technical and commercial developments in the nuclear industry.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered IChemE or equivalent.
  • •At least 10 years of experience as a Process Engineer or equivalent in the nuclear industry.
  • •Experience leading the delivery of process engineering work packages
  • •Experience leading a team and mentoring other Process Engineers
  • •Able to meet UK security clearance requirements and hold a full UK driving license
