Patient Care Coordinator-Waco, TX

Coordinate patient care at the clinic by working with clinical staff and Hearing Care Professionals to support referring physicians and patients. Schedule appointments, conduct benefit checks and insurance authorizations, manage patient files and intake forms, and provide first-level patient support including payments and check-in/out. Assist with supervised repairs, process patient orders, maintain equipment, handle inventory, and support community outreach logistics in a Monday–Friday schedule.
