Job Summary

Build and ship AI-native product features in small, fast-moving teams. As a core decision-maker, you’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and plaintiff customers to define product direction and implementation strategies. Own and scale the user-facing experience, while partnering with backend, ML, and design teams to bring complex capabilities to life. Iterate rapidly based on real-world usage and feedback to continuously improve legal operations workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, ship, and maintain features that make up the core product.
•Collaborate to understand user needs, define new features, and decide on implementation strategies.
•Own and scale the user-facing experience, partnering with backend, ML, design, and product teams to deliver seamless functionality.
•Design and build AI-native solutions that streamline law firm operations.
•Embrace rapid deployment with continuous iteration based on user feedback; work directly with customers to solve problems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 350,000 annually
