Job Summary

Join the Corporate Solutions team to develop, structure, and manage large, complex investment opportunities across Apollo’s platform—focused on permanent capital. You’ll build financial models and stress cases, conduct credit analysis and due diligence, and support origination through execution and investment approvals. The role includes preparing executive-ready presentations and investment memorandums, while partnering with professional service providers such as investment banks, advisors, and tax/accounting firms.

Key Responsibilities

•Structure complex transactions with financial modeling, credit analysis, and legal/tax/accounting considerations, including rating agency aspects.
•Develop financial models and stress cases to evaluate financing structures and investment opportunities.
•Research potential investment opportunities and perform related credit analysis.
•Prepare high-quality internal and external presentations for executive audiences and investment memorandums for the senior investment committee and firm leadership.
•Build and maintain relationships with professional service providers and consultants such as investment banks, boutique advisory firms, law firms, and tax/accounting firms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 200,000

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of relevant experience at a major investment bank or alternative asset manager, with a preferred M&A/investment banking background.
•Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including familiarity with structuring complex transactions.
•Ability to develop financial models and stress cases to evaluate financing structures and investment opportunities.
•Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenting to executive audiences.
•At least a bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution.
