Job Summary

Build and maintain product features for NetMaster and SOLVE across z/OS-based environments. Develop and consume SMF and zERT record data to enable network monitoring and observability, write unit and integration tests, and lead design and code reviews. Act as a technical lead and escalation point for complex production issues in customer environments, while mentoring junior engineers and partnering with product owners and architects. Contribute to Agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related) with 8+ years of relevant software development experience, or a Master’s with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years.
•8+ years of hands-on software development in an IBM z/OS mainframe environment.
•Mastery of REXX scripting.
•Ability to parse, analyze, and act on SMF records.
•Experience with mainframe debugging tools (XDC, IPCS, SYSLOG analysis, dumps) and familiarity with network security protocols (TLS, SSH, IPSEC).
