Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and build analog circuits in advanced process nodes for high-performance and robust functionality.
  • •Perform transistor-level circuit design, parameter extraction, and analog behavior modeling.
  • •Optimize designs for power, performance, area, timing, and yield targets, and execute validation test plans.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and resolve performance issues.
  • •Conduct layout reviews and support post-silicon validation and debug to reach manufacturing readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •2–8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or no experience with a PhD.
  • •Proficiency in CMOS circuit design and analog circuit simulation tools such as Spectre, HSPICE, or PrimeSim.
  • •Experience designing high-speed IO circuits (SerDes, DDR, LPDDR, HBM) and related blocks (PLL, DLL, clocking).
  • •Knowledge of layout design principles, DRC/LVS, and post-layout extraction tools, plus ability to correlate lab measurements with simulation results.
