•Applies and integrates statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate complex data from a variety of sources
•Develops and maintains data infrastructure that connects internal data sets and creates data collection frameworks for structured or unstructured data
•Trains/mentors junior staff and serves as an expert to clients and internal teams
•Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
•Works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,900 - 174,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in a related discipline (or advanced academic experience) may substitute for part of required experience
•Proven data science experience with machine learning and statistical techniques
•Hands-on experience developing, evaluating, and iterating predictive/machine learning models
•Experience evaluating model performance with appropriate metrics and validation techniques
•Proficiency in Python and/or R with libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch
