Senior Manager, Account Manager – U.S. Army Sustainment & Customer Success (Remote)

Serve as the primary customer interface for U.S. Army sustainment accounts, building trusted relationships with end users, program offices, and sustainment commands. Drive customer satisfaction by translating mission requirements into timely resolutions across internal teams. Own account management activities such as forecasting, pipeline development, and contract follow-through, while supporting sales growth and collaborating with engineering, logistics, product, and operations. Maintain program health metrics and ensure compliance with DoD/Army policies.
