Job Summary

Lead the NEMEA region’s Solutions Engineering organization by building and managing a team of presales solution engineers and owning regional GTM execution. Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Product/Engineering to drive customer success, community adoption, product roadmap influence, and regional financial targets. Own enablement and sales motions with channel partners, while directly supporting key accounts through demos, technical deep dives, trials, and POVs.

•Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of presales solution engineers for the NEMEA region.
•Provide servant-based leadership and balance field responsibilities with team needs, including career development.
•Own regional planning, actions, and outcomes aligned to leadership guidance and goals.
•Partner with Benelux/NEMEA Sales leadership, Marketing, and community partners to drive adoption, expansion, and key programs/events.
•Partner with Product Management and Engineering to influence the roadmap using customer and team feedback while partnering on wins/losses and reporting progress.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 145,000 - 172,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Some experience leading a team; 5-10 years in the high-tech industry in roles such as Developer, Architect, Sales Engineer/Architect, or Manager.
•Proven track record mentoring, developing people, and managing performance over time.
•Experience with open source selling or cloud-first/product-led go-to-market motions.
•Direct experience executing a formal sales methodology (e.g., COM, Value selling, MEDDPICC).
•Direct experience selling monitoring/data/visualization products; English fluency required.
