National Manager, Workplace Health & Safety (ANZ)

Lead and embed a best-practice Workplace Health, Safety & Wellbeing framework across Minor’s Australia and New Zealand portfolio, covering 65+ properties and 2,800+ team members. Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Head of People, you’ll ensure WHS legislative compliance, build WHS management systems, oversee incidents and continuous improvement, manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, and deliver board-level reporting and wellbeing initiatives.
