  • •Shape the product value proposition by monitoring M&A service models, fee structures, matching processes, and mandate channels.
  • •Translate how deals are actually closed into detailed product specs (variables, states, triggers, mechanics) for automation.
  • •Design and run experiments to validate product concepts using lightweight prototypes, customer feedback, and performance data.
  • •Collaborate with the Product Builder and operations to turn ideas into shipped products and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
