Job Summary

Factory Quality Engineer needed for the 2nd shift at an onsite Tucson, AZ facility. Drive quality compliance to AS9100/ISO 9001, lead RCCA investigations, and manage non-conforming material. Build cross-functional relationships with factory leadership, DCMA, and program teams while delivering data-driven COPQ metrics and sustaining First Article Inspections in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Verify product and process compliance with AS9100 QMS requirements and internal policies
•Develop strong working relationships with touch labor, factory leadership, program leadership, and DCMA
•Regular data analysis; develop and publish Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) metrics
•Facilitate and lead cross-functional RCCA investigations, identify non-conformances, implement solutions, and lead CABs
•Ensure identification, control, and disposition of non-conforming material and interface with MRB as needed

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,900 - 131,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with two years of relevant experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline
•Experience interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, and/or manufacturing process experience (assembly, inspection, and/or test)
•Experience with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems
•Ability to obtain and maintain an ATF clearance prior to start date
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required for clearance
