Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the long-term R&D roadmap for audio-visual technologies aligned to organizational goals.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies for broadcast and media systems, including AI-driven media.
  • •Oversee development of prototypes and pilot implementations and ensure solutions are production-ready for live studio and broadcast environments.
  • •Evaluate codecs and transmission standards and develop broadcast tools and workflows.
  • •Lead and mentor technical teams, manage vendor relationships, ensure infrastructure integration, and monitor performance while tracking industry trends.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years in R&D/engineering roles focused on audio-visual technology and systems.

  • •Hands-on experience with audio/video processing and streaming technologies.
