Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing valuation campaigns with external appraisers (including organizing and participating in property visits).
  • •Collects, analyzes, and reports appraisal related market data through internal and outside sources.
  • •Monitor and analyze portfolio performance including return metrics, cash flows, and asset valuations to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • •Provide insights into regional market trends, and property sector performance.
  • •Support the team with reporting, analysis and presentation to the investors.

Key Requirements

  • •Master degree from Business / Engineering school with a focus in Finance, Real Estate or related fields.
  • •A first experience in real estate (Valuation, Asset management, Audit, Investment, M&A, FP&A) would be a plus.
  • •Proficiency of cash flow modeling required. Knowledge of Argus Enterprise is a plus.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including the ability to produce professional reports and presentations.
  • •Fluency in French and English.
