Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage retail, commercial, and workplace fit-out projects across the full lifecycle including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
  • •Coordinate workplace technology requirements (structured cabling, AV, security, access control, and smart office solutions) and manage IT coordination.
  • •Manage phased construction within occupied office environments while maintaining business continuity and minimizing operational disruption.
  • •Own procurement and commercial/contract management including tendering, contract and work order management, change control, and financial tracking/forecasting.
  • •Serve as primary client contact, lead meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor Project Managers and junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive experience managing construction projects with leadership responsibility.
  • •Experience delivering retail or commercial, and/or corporate fit-out projects.
  • •Experience managing workplace environments, tenant improvements, office relocations, workplace modernization, and occupied-space renovations.
  • •A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •Strong technical ability to read, understand, and coordinate construction drawings and specifications, plus experience coordinating workplace technology (e.g., AV, security, structured cabling, IT infrastructure).
