Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement structured, repeatable data analysis across large, disparate datasets to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and other mission-relevant signals.
  • •Explore and characterize unfamiliar datasets and assess data quality, completeness, and limitations to choose appropriate analytic approaches.
  • •Develop, maintain, and improve analytic tooling such as queries, scripts, notebooks, lightweight services, and reusable code components to automate recurring workflows.
  • •Design and evaluate applied statistical, machine learning, and algorithmic methods for classification, clustering, anomaly detection, entity resolution, relationship discovery, and predictive analysis.
  • •Build interactive dashboards and analyst-ready outputs, document methodologies and confidence measures, and transition successful prototypes into reusable operational pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience and the ability to independently investigate complex or poorly defined analytic problems.
  • •Strong Python skills for analytics, automation, exploratory analysis, visualization, and reproducible notebooks/scripts using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and scikit-learn.
  • •Strong SQL skills working directly with large datasets and modern data platforms (e.g., Trino, PostgreSQL, Hive, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch).
  • •Experience applying statistical, machine learning, or algorithmic techniques (e.g., classification, clustering, anomaly detection, similarity analysis) to real-world datasets.
  • •TS/SCI clearance capability (current TS/SCI required) with willingness to obtain CI polygraph; US citizenship required.
