Key Responsibilities

•Provide inputs to planning and design of civil works; review design specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings; liaise with consultants and contractors to approve drawings.
•Prepare project plans, scope, work breakdowns, construction materials, and design considerations for civil projects.
•Develop detailed designs and documentation for construction and implementation of civil engineering projects; perform engineering calculations and supervise drafting.
•Manage day-to-day department activities; monitor progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and report to the Senior Engineer.
•Ensure all works comply with contract drawings, specifications, instructions, and SEHA policies; coordinate with contractors and maintain document control.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
•2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
•Experience in a large healthcare facility is desirable.
•Willingness to work in a hospital/campus environment with cross-functional coordination.
•Knowledge of civil engineering drawings, design specifications, and project documentation.
