Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end execution and delivery of AI-native products from prototype to scalable production services.
  • •Architect, build, and productionize core AI platform components, including LLM ecosystem features and agent capabilities.
  • •Enforce technical discipline and operational excellence for AI products.
  • •Rapidly iterate on AI products based on performance metrics and user feedback to improve quality.
  • •Evaluate and adopt new AI technologies and partner with product and engineering teams to translate goals into technical delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Extensive software engineering experience with a track record of owning and shipping production-grade systems.
  • •Proven experience shipping and maintaining AI-native products or features, or demonstrable passion through significant personal AI projects.
  • •Deep ownership mindset with a bias for action and a focus on shipping rapidly and iterating with feedback.
  • •Specific experience with LLMs and agentic systems is preferred.
