Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance standards are met.
  • •Obtain and maintain certified operator status including job-specific training/certifications and perform ERP system data entry per site guidelines.
  • •Perform mechanical soldering and other manufacturing processes, maintaining quality, production, and safety standards.
  • •Independently complete low to moderate complexity assembly and test operations per written instructions and acceptance test documents.
  • •Support product quality by following non-conforming material processes and generating non-conforming hardware documentation, including basic troubleshooting of low to moderate issues.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • •2 years of relevant manufacturing/mechanical experience or military experience.
  • •Previous experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • •Ability to independently perform low to moderate complexity assembly and test operations following written instructions.
  • •Must meet ITAR requirements and be a U.S. person (includes U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident).
