Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with the month-end financial close process to ensure timely, accurate reporting per Pernod Ricard policies and best practices.
  • •Analyze production department variances, including work order variances, weekly results, efficiency results, and related performance reports.
  • •Review and analyze purchase price variances, forecast variances, and efficiency project drivers; communicate key drivers to stakeholders.
  • •Support monthly reporting and analysis for operational and financial KPIs, including manpower, headcount, and FTE reporting by department.
  • •Support rolling forecast, quarterly cash driver consolidation, maturing inventory, capital expenditure reporting, and ad hoc cost and cash flow analysis for strategic needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 67,000 - 83,800

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
  • •3–5 years of progressive finance, accounting, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance experience.
  • •Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes, including budgeting, month-end close, financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office skills with required proficiency in Excel for data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret financial results, identify business drivers, and communicate findings clearly.
