Job Summary

Embed security into cloud and enterprise application development by leading vulnerability management, automating security workflows, and strengthening Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices. Partner with GRC, development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure compliance with security standards, remediate critical issues, and mitigate vulnerabilities in code and infrastructure. Serve as a lead security subject matter expert during incident response and customer security escalations.

Key Responsibilities

•Govern the vulnerability management lifecycle by overseeing processes, tooling, and remediation efforts across all engineering teams.
•Automate security workflows and processes to reduce developer friction, toil, and manual overhead across daily security operations.
•Collaborate with GRC and engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry security standards and regulatory frameworks.
•Partner with development and infrastructure teams to identify and remediate critical security issues and vulnerabilities.
•Implement comprehensive SSDLC practices, mitigate vulnerabilities in code and infrastructure, and lead incident response and customer security escalations.

Key Requirements

•Have 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
•Demonstrate knowledge of industry compliance standards such as FedRAMP, PCI, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and SOC2.
•Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities alongside exceptional communication and presentation proficiency.
•Utilize expertise operating and administering diverse security tools such as Wiz, Snyk, Tenable, Black Duck, Coverity, Burp, and Trivy.
•Demonstrate expertise in at least one programming language, such as C, Java, Golang, Python, or JavaScript.
