Job Summary

Own and evolve core backend modules for a high-concurrency Web3 self-custody wallet, covering address management, asset synchronization, transaction construction, signing, broadcasting, and on-chain confirmation. Build resilient transaction lifecycles and troubleshoot stuck/duplicated states using logs and chain data. Integrate multi-chain support (EVM, Tron, Solana and beyond), improve stability through monitoring and compensation, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure, maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Own core wallet backend modules end to end, including address management, asset synchronization, transaction construction, broadcasting, and transaction-state tracking.
•Build transaction and on-chain interaction scenarios (transfers, token approvals, contract interactions, cross-chain, swaps, DApp connections, and signature-request handling) and diagnose lifecycle issues.
•Support multi-chain and new-chain integrations by contributing to research, integration design, and feature development across address models, transaction structures, signing methods, fees, and confirmations.
•Ensure stable operation through monitoring, alerting, rate limiting, graceful degradation, retries/compensation, reconciliation, and incident root-cause fixing.
•Drive project delivery and engineering quality via design discussions, code reviews, documentation of decisions/learned lessons, and using AI coding tools with validation.

Key Requirements

•~5–10 years of Java backend experience with strong JVM fundamentals (collections, concurrency, thread pools) and network communication/performance understanding.
•Proficiency with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud and/or MyBatis, able to independently design and build medium-to-large backend modules.
•Strong system design for high-concurrency systems, including idempotency, retries, compensation, caching, message queues, distributed locks, and rate limiting.
•Experience troubleshooting production issues using logs, metrics, and distributed tracing, with hands-on performance and reliability problem-solving.
•Blockchain/wallet experience, including transaction lifecycle mechanics (addresses/keys, signing, broadcasting, confirmation) and at least one of EVM, Tron, or Solana; plus high security awareness for private-key and permission handling.
